Mr. Koch has held a wide variety of senior management positions over his 30 year career in the real estate industry. He has developed and managed residential, commercial, multi-family and mixed-use projects throughout the Southwest, and currently operates through several construction and property management companies and partnerships.

Mr. Koch holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a BA from Stanford University, and is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker by the State of California.
